Transparent prices for clubs

A club organizer receives purchase terms agreed with the shop. They get no access to members' data, orders or addresses.

How it works

    Application

    The club organizer submits the club name, tax ID (NIP), address and contact person.

  2. 02

    Review

    The shop verifies the club and approves or rejects the application. The status is shown in your account.

  3. 03

    Terms

    Once approved, the shop may assign a discount or code to the club. Discount levels are agreed individually.

Discount rules

  • Discounts are calculated only at checkout when the cart meets the conditions. Catalogue prices do not change.
  • Discounts do not stack. Checkout picks the single rule with the largest saving.
  • A discount code may lose to a better automatic discount.
  • The organizer only sees the total number of club code uses, without data of the people who used them.
